Taking care of your children's health does not have to be complicated

Offer healthy foods to your children
Always remember how important it is to offer our children healthy food, as this helps to reduce or even avoid illnesses, especially now that the little ones are going back to school.
At home we always try to make sure that everyone has the same menu, including our two daughters, and that it includes the 5 food groups.
A tip I can share with you is to offer fruit for dessert to prevent them from eating other foods with high sugar content between meals and this helps prevent oral diseases such as tooth decay.
If you have more than one child at home, encourage them to eat together, if possible of course, but if not, do it whenever you have the opportunity, encourage coexistence between siblings and at the same time motivate them to eat healthier.
